Rental Conditions

SEASONS
HIGH SEASON: 30 June - 1 September
MID SEASON 1: 19 May - 30 June, 1 September - 29 September
MID SEASON 2: 31 March- 19 May, 29 September - 3 November, 22 December - 5 January 2013
LOW SEASON: 7 January - 31 March, 3 November - 22 December



RENTAL POLICY

Rates include: water, electricity, weekly change of linen and final cleaning.
Extra charges: telephone, central heating, air conditioning and wood for the fireplace.
Payment: 50% of rent is to be paid at the moment of booking. The remainder is due upon arrival.
Security deposit: upon arrival we ask our guests to give us 250 Euros for any damage or breakage which may occur during their stay. At the end of the sojourn the money will be given back, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
Number of beds: we cannot allow the number of people staying at the apartment to be higher than the number of beds initially stated.
Arrival and Departure: unless otherwise agreed, your arrival is expected between 5pm and 7pm. Apartments should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.


CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT:

The following rates will apply:

10% of the total rent will be retained as a handling fee
50%  as from 60 days before arrival
90% as from 30 days before arrival

Should we manage to rent the apartment partly or fully for the cancelled period we will refund the client accordingly.


BENCONTENTA,  LIETA,  TEMPIETTO,  ASTER

The following rates will apply:

10% of the total rent will be retained as a handling fee
20% as from 180 days before arrival
50% as from 120 days before arrival
90%  as from 45 days before arrival

Should we manage to rent the apartment partly or fully for the cancelled period we will refund the client accordingly.
