It is a fat cheese because it is obtained from full-cream milk.

| | La Montecchia via Montecchia 16, 35030 Selvazzano Dentro (PD) Owned by the noble Emo Capodilista family, the grape growing and wine making is an ancient tradition, dating to the Middle Ages. Renewed in the ‘90s, the vineyards of this farm produce superb wines which in 2009 have been awarded with the valuable Prize “Three Glasses” by the Gambero Rosso guide book. Particularly good are the Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay and an excellent Fior d’Arancio. |

Besides producing high quality wines such as Merlot, Cabernet, Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay, it also sells organic products: extra-virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, herb salt, and a very good distillate Fior d’Arancio. The shops are located in Villa di Vescovi, in the village Luvigliano, and in the enchanting hamlet Arquà Petrarca. |
| Ca’ Orologio Via Ca’Orologio 7/A, Baone (PD) This farm was founded recently, and the lands bought by Mrs Maria Gioia Rosellini in 1995 was later turned into organic cultivation, paying extra attention to the quality of the final product. Some “labels” of the company are : Calaòne, Lunisòle, Relògio, Salaròla. The Relògio 2007 was awarded the best wine of the Euganean Hills by the Espresso guide book “Wines of Italy” and with the “Three Glasses” by the brand new edition of the Gambero Rosso.
